Join Morningside alumni and friends for one of our annual favorites! This year we are excited to offer three different options for our Morningside Alumni Day at the Zoo! Options include:
An Amphibian Backstage Experience for 10 people which includes a behind the scenes tour of our Amphibian lab where we raise thousands of animals for wild release. It also includes an up-close encounter with a reptile or amphibian following the keeper-led tour.
An Aquarium Backstage Experience for 20 people (8 years+) where guests travel above the shark tunnel, through jellyfish rearing area, and more.
And a private Guided Tour through the Sea Lion Shores exhibits with up to 20 slots available. This experience will offer a private tour and discussion of the sea lions habitat, followed by a public show where trainers will work with the sea lions performing tricks and interacting with the audience!

Join us at Great Shots in Sioux Falls for some food and fun with Morningside alumni and friends. The golf bays will be open from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM and include Turkey Club on Focaccia and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, deviled egg potato salad, and kettle chips. Join Morningside alumni and friends for a classic buffet of hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, potato salad, water, and soda before we cheer on the Iowa Cubs at Principal Park! The picnic will begin at 5 PM and the first pitch will be at 6:08 PM. Bring the whole family for this great time!

Join us for a picnic at the Central Park shelter house overlooking Arnold Park's green space from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Following that we will be boarding the Queen II for a sunset cruise around West Lake Okoboji from 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
